Rishi also plays a key role in international business development and partner management within netlink IS. Rishi has rich and varied experience in product development and management experience ranging from offshore program management to managing software delivery. Rishi is currently serving as Joint-Managing Director of netlink IS Group and Business Unit Head for the Application Development and heads sales for Independent Testing and Game Development. Rishi also manages all international offices at netlink IS. Rishi has over eight years of experience as an offshore consultant for a variety of clients ranging from small business and start-ups to large corporate and international entities. He possesses b leadership skills exemplified through his experience in International Business and Offshoring IT Services. His vision of "Building Business Value Through Technology" has led the company in developing its core methodology and processes. With Rishi's experience netlink IS has developed into an outsourcing services provider that helps partners and clients successfully focus on their core competencies, improve quality, speed time-to-market, and increase profitability by setting up development teams offshore. Before co-founding netlink IS, Rishi worked for Deloitte & Touche in Texas as a Management Consultant assisting Maquiladora's in Mexico and defending cross-border transaction. He holds an undergraduate degree in Business-Economics from the University of Texas at Austin and a pending Masters degree in IT Management from the University of Texas at Dallas. Sidharth Swarup New Media Unit Head, Joint-Managing Director Sidharth with his leadership helps manage growth at netlink IS. His responsibilities range from setting overall corporate strategy and building the company's New Media brand and market positioning. Sidharth is currently serving as Joint-Managing Director of netlink IS Group and is the Business Unit Head of the New Media and works closely with Game Development Business Unit. Sidharth's responsibilities include setting long-term goals, working with senior team to define business unit goals and the execution and monitoring of such goals. He possesses b management skills that develops leadership, promotes creativity, openness and superior culture in the organization. Sidharth also provides oversight over Human Resources and Finance functions within netlink IS. Since inception, Swarup has guided netlink IS's development from a two-person operation into an exciting, dynamic and powerful force amongst the Internet solution companies, helping clients such as PepsiCo India, Yahoo!, Candico Limited, Punjab State Government, Modi Group. Under Sidharth's leadership, netlink IS has won accolades not only for its design and technology achievements, but also for the company's enviable record of client satisfaction. Prior to co-founding netlink IS, Sidharth worked with PepsiCo India. He holds an undergraduate degree in Mathematics from the prestigious institution of St. Stephens College, New Delhi. Pankaj Bhatia General Manager - Game Development & Systems Pankaj joined netlink IS as Business Unit Head (Gaming) in September 2004. Under his leadership, Gaming Business Unit has completed successful transformation into a matured business house which now has a high profile and satisfied customer base in large and medium size gaming halls and casinos located globally in the US, UK, Europe and Australia. In addition to the responsibility of setting up and managing Gaming business unit, Pankaj is also responsible for defining and executing long term business vision for the netlink IS Group as a member of the core steering committee. He is also providing guidelines for developing and promulgating information technology policies, standards and procedures on security, data management, system life-cycle management, information technology reviews, and other related areas. Prior to this role, Pankaj held various business strategy, management and systems engineering positions in some of the leading manufacturing industries in India. He has been extremely successful at introducing innovative IT solutions which have resulted in tremendous increase in productivity & financial returns. His b background in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and IT management combined with experience as Project Strategist gives him a very special ability to develop and deploy IT plans that can achieve strategic business goals. He has extensive proficiency in building, leading and inspiring large teams and businesses. His experience also includes Quality initiatives, Software analysis, design and development, Remote Sensing, GIS, Systems Administration, LAN/ WAN setups and RDBMSs. He has done some very large ERP and networking projects in U.K., Africa, and U.A.E Pankaj holds a Bachelors of Engineering (B.E.) Degree in Computers (Gold Medalist). He was a professional Cricket player and has represented the Indian Cricket Team in 'Under-19' category for two years.
