- Our Effort based pricing model, ensures the project cost is a function of the total project execution time and the corresponding resources deployed.
- Complex projects and ones prone to specification and design changes midstream can benefit from this engagement model.
- This model provides our customers with greater flexibility in terms of developing the project specification on an ongoing basis and updating with modifications in keeping with the changing market demands.
Milestone-based Billing
This model will work best for clients who are concerned about progress in remote projects. netlink’s Milestones-based payment schedules have achievable milestones and visible progress monitoring which greatly helps in reducing risks.
Development Facility
netlink’s development facilities offer the best skill sets, resources, flexibility and time-to-market advantages to customers, taking all necessary measures to safeguard our customers Intellectual Property Rights (IPR). We allow our customers all rights to the IPR developed in the Development Facility. For our customers requiring constant offshore support our dedicated Facility provides cost effective solutions. Our customer specific quality/process frameworks and teams are trained in keeping with the specific requirements of our clients. The resources are paid on a retainer basis.
Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) Model
netlink’s Build-Operate-Transfer Model, presents a dedicated facility for the client. Through this model, netlink helps the client set up the contact centre from start to finish. The association covers establishment of the operation, acquisition of facilities and staff. This facility is like an extension of the client's own facility. The dedicated facility leverages netlink's technical infrastructure, processes and execution capabilities. netlink has a well-defined mechanism for the smooth transition of the facility to the client. |
